This year, it’s all about delivering maximum rally action in minimum time — a compact 7-day format that lets competitors experience the full thrill of the desert without spending weeks away from home or work.

Set against the evocative backdrop of southern Tunisia, the 2025 edition introduces a completely redesigned route, featuring terrain never raced before: wild mountain passes, dramatic valleys, dry riverbeds, and, of course, the endless sand and dunes that define true rally-raid spirit. The course is balanced, fully rideable, and packed with stages that blend challenge and fun in perfect measure.

Expect new bivouacs, fresh landscapes, and comfortable hotel accommodations every evening — adding recovery and rest to the adventure. The rally begins and ends in Monastir, a charming coastal city near Tunis, complete with an international airport and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Hosted by the welcoming nation of Tunisia, a land long associated with legendary cross-country rallies like Dakar and Rallye de Tunisie, the Fenix Rally proudly continues a tradition of desert racing excellence. Backed by the full support of national institutions—including the Tunisian Automobile Federation, Motorcycle Federation, ONTT, Ministries of Sport and Tourism, and local authorities—this event represents a close partnership between international expertise and local hospitality.

The rally is managed by RBI Sport, the team behind iconic events such as the Rallye Breslau and Baja Europe. Known for combining professional organization with a passion for real racing, RBI Sport has elevated the Fenix Rally to one of the most dynamic and respected desert rallies on the calendar.

The 2025 edition kicks off with a prologue, setting the stage for seven grueling competitive days across a legendary route. Competitors will face everything from towering dunes and vast sand seas to high-speed gravel tracks and technical desert trails. This year, the course ventures even deeper into the mystical south of Tunisia, uncovering uncharted terrain where history and adventure converge.

A completely redesigned route introduces terrain never raced before — wild mountain passes, rugged valleys, dry riverbeds, and, of course, plenty of sand and dunes. Balanced and fully rideable, the stages offer a perfect mix of challenge and enjoyment. Expect brand-new bivouacs, breathtaking landscapes, and a course that pushes both skill and spirit. And at the end of each day, you'll rest and recover in comfortable hotels.

In total, participants will tackle 2,756 kilometers, including 2,140 kilometers of special stages and 616 kilometers of liaison. It’s a serious rally — streamlined, more dynamic, and more thrilling than ever before.
