KOH 2025: THE EDITION THAT REWROTE OFFROAD HISTORY

The King of the Hammers 2025 took place from January 23 to February 8 in the Johnson Valley desert in California. This annual event, known as one of the most challenging off-road competitions in the world, once again lived up to its reputation. As tradition dictates, it attracted over 80,000 spectators who packed Hammertown and the various public areas along the most famous trails of the Lakebed. The most anticipated race, the Race of Kings, delivered a historic result: for the first time in 18 years, a UTV claimed the overall victory. Kyle Chaney, driving a modified Can-Am Maverick R, crossed the finish line more than 30 minutes ahead of the second-place finisher. All the other races on the schedule also delivered intense competition, featuring Hard Enduro motorcycles, powerful Desert Trucks, UTVs, and 4x4s in the Every Man Challenge.

On November 30th and December 1st, the Offroad Expo was held at Malpensa Fiere, organized by Moto Club SS33 Sempione and Insubria 4x4. Adventure enthusiasts on two and four wheels gathered in Busto Arsizio (VA) for an event that exceeded all expectations. The weekend at Malpensa Fiere became the focal point for lovers of off-road driving, enduro, and van life. The event spanned 15,000 square meters of exhibition area and 18,000 square meters of outdoor space, dedicated to spectacular shows, 4x4 and motorcycle test drives, and many other activities.

What a race! An epic, incredible course, mixing very fast portions and very technical rocky areas. The first impressions of the pilots are all positive on this terrain which is really ideal for hosting the King of France locked by ARB. Nicolas Montador was not mistaken in his choice and vision. Chris Bowler was able to highlight the geography of the place to offer a tailor-made race track with just the right amount of difficulty to satisfy everyone.

The Fenix Rally took place in Tunisia from 9 to 17 April. It was a gripping edition with many twists and turns, both sporting and unexpected caused by mother nature, the latter unexpectedly managed admirably by the event organisation.
